Return Policy

  1. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing hello@kovaisarees.com
     

  2. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
     

  3. Upon expiration or effective termination of the Service by either party for any reason,

    1. Kovai Sarees will cease providing the Service,

    2. You will not be entitled to any refunds of any usage fees or any other fees, pro-rata or otherwise unless Kovai Sarees. Terminates such Service without cause,

    3. Any outstanding balance for your usage of the Service through the effective date of such termination or expiration will be immediately due and payable in full.
       

  4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate Kovai Sarees. Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
     

  5. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Kovai Sarees suspends or terminates your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance, escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.


  6. EXCHANGE OR RETURN
While most items can return for a refund or
replacement within a 7-day return window,
return policies may be different across product
categories. In case of a wrong order or
defective product, you can return the product
to us, and we will send you the exact or suitable
replacement. You can email us at
hello@kovaisarees.com. Please make sure
the product is the same condition as delivered
with the bill and price tag, failing which,
we will not be able to accept the return.

REFUND
In case of refund, a refund for the return
orders will be processed only after receiving
the product at our warehouse and
completing the quality check. After that
refund will processed with 1 to 15 days,
which depends upon mode of payment.

RETURN SHIPMENT

You will be responsible for paying for your
shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION

In case you change your mind about
a product you ordered previously, you
can cancel the order within four hours

Returns & Replacement Policy
1. Return & replacement policy is
acceptable only for the following criteria
• Stain or misprints on major parts
• Hole or tore found
• wrong product dispatched which is
completely different from which you orders.
2. Not acceptable for following criteria
• Slight color Variation is possible due to
digital photography / resolution & as per
lighting & ur mobile settings.
• Quality issues as We always provide best
quality and original product.
• Minor thread pullouts
• Damages or pullouts or holes found in
Pallu end or blouse end. It’s a common
issue which happens during manufacturing
which can be cut down and use it.
• Dying issues between Pallu and Saree
joins / border and saree Joins which is
common in Tussar or silk sarees.
• Removable stain or spots on sarees
especially on White color/Light color
sarees are not acceptable which might
be common manufacturing issues
Especially on Sungudi saree collections.
• Ironing or folding issues.
• Purchasing without Product knowledge
or material knowledge. As we clearly
mention about the product quality and
material stuff in our description.

We can hold the product upto 24hours after booking

3. Refund or replacement can’t be provided
for the following criteria
• Delay in delivery unless we get proper
missing confirmation from our courier
department.
• Delay in delivery due to natural calamities
or Continuous Government holidays.
4. Once if Damage Is Acceptable By Dealer/
Vendor/Manufacturer For Exchange Then
Return Product Should Send Within 24 to 48
Hours With Courier Slip Is Compulsory and
Once We Received Return Parcel Then Will
Check Same Product Is Available Then Will
Send Back Again To Customer And This Shipping
Charge Bare By Us. If Same Product Is Not Available
Then Customer Can Choose and Order From
Currently Available Products And No Refund Strictly.
5. We are not responsible for the shipping cost
if the following criteria happens from ur end
and you have to bare the double shipping if,
• Customer refused to take the parcel
• Parcel returned to us due to non serviceable area.
• Customer not provided phone number or if
Customer provide wrong address / pincode/
Mobile number
• Customer is unavailable to collect the parcel
or If your Mobile number is not reachable
while courier person contacts you.
6. For any returns or missing combo complaint,
Unboxing video is Must whomsoever whether
you’re customer May be ur Relatives,
Neighbors or friends and video should be
in below mentioned format
• While Opening The Parcel?, Kindly *Take
A Clear Single Video ?* Start from From & To
address and parcel unboxing *Without
Cut/Pause/Shaking.* If There Is *Damage/
Missing Item*, Then Send Us Parcel
Opening Video For Return *. It's Very Compulsory* Now.
*Hereafter, Don't Take and Send Too Many Parts
of Videos/Photos Are Not Acceptable Strictly.*
Also while unboxing we need cuts of all four corners
just to ensure the parcel is FC rechecking it.
Damage complaints will be accepted
within 24hrs after receiving your parcels
only for the delivery address provided by you to us.
8. Only One way Return shipping can be
bared by our team for any returns.
