Return Request Timeline

• Request within 2 days

  Customers must raise a return, refund, or exchange request within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.

• Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

  A clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory.

• The video must clearly show:

  The unopened package

• The shipping label

• The product being removed

• The issue or damage (if any)

• Without this video proof, no return, refund, or exchange will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Eligible Returns

  Wrong product received

• Product received in majorly damaged condition

• Missing items in the package

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following will NOT be eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

• Orders without unboxing video proof

• Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen resolution)

• Minor scratches or small thread pulls

• Customized or discounted products

• Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage by customer

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
